Mission

Inspired by James 1:27, We provide a faith-based path to healing for adults and children helping them through their grief and trauma as a result of losing someone they love.

Statement of Faith

We believe in a faith-based path to healing from grief and trauma according to James 1:27 “Pure and undefiled religion before God and the Father is this: to visit the orphans and widows in their trouble, and to keep oneself unspotted from the world”.

We believe in the Eternal God, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We believe in the Holy Bible, the written Word of God for teaching and instruction.

We believe in the call to servanthood with integrity, expressed by Paul in Titus 1:8 “And he must be hospitable to believers as well as strangers, a lover of what is good, sensible, fair, devout, above reproach – whether in public or private”.

We believe in ministering help to those in need, through prayer and support according to 1 Peter 4:10 “As each one has received a special gift, employ it in serving one another as good stewards of the manifold grace of God”.

We believe in Isaiah 54:17 that “No weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue which rises against you in judgement you shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is from Me, says the Lord”.

We believe in the dedication to the power of prayer, to change lives, encourage faith, hope, and love, not only in our families but also in our communities and our nation.

What is special about
this Foundation

It was inspired by James 1:27.Started by a widow and her young son.
We use a Faith-based model
~ We believe you need a connection to God and a community to move through the grief and trauma of losing someone you love

~ More than a connection –a relationship
We will help others by uniting lives & making a difference

We Believe:

The way through your grief and trauma is a relationship with God and, the right community who understands your pain and can provide you with the resources you need.

Our Story

In 2012, Tracy Boone and her young son, Elijah, thought they lost their happily ever after when Reid, Tracy’s husband and Elijah’s dad died. Tracy was left a widow and Elijah was left fatherless without his hero. Although fighting the brain disease Reid had was difficult, Tracy realized that the healing process might be even more difficult especially for her young son of six years. Sadly, she was right. Tracy found what most new widows find – that support and resources are difficult to find and hard to navigate. When a woman becomes a widow, her whole world changes right before her eyes. Family and friends often struggle not knowing what to say and not knowing how to support. The journey can be lonely.
Like all good mothers, Tracy was determined to find the right resources for her young son and herself so they could begin the healing process. Tracy did what she always did, she leaned into her faith and it served her well. In 2016 on the side of a mountain, Tracy felt called to start a foundation for others like her and her son called Elijah’s Path to Healing Foundation. Tracy and Elijah shared insights, comfort, education, and resources with those who were struggling with grief and trauma from losing someone they love. They even sent blankets to comfort those deep in grief and reminding them that they are not alone.
Tracy kept her eyes on God as He led her through the process of creating the foundation step by step. As a result, the foundation grew. Today, Tracy and Elijah host a global television show called the Path to Healing Show. They are bringing understanding, education, and resources to help individuals and families onto their path to healing. Just before his passing, Tracy’s father, William (Bill) White inspired her to expand the mission of the foundation to support a broader community. Bill passed on April 19th, 2020, but his presence continues through the foundation. With his guidance from Heaven, his darling wife’s authentic voice on the board, the donations from his funeral, and of course his loving daughter and grandson at the helm of the foundation, we continue to hear his voice and feel his love.

Tracy and Elijah are uniting lives to make a difference through the foundation.

Who we are:

I never want another person to feel so alone when they lose someone they love. This thing we call grief and trauma is not something that we heal from overnight. It truly is a process of learning how to live this life without the person that they love who isn’t here anymore and finish well.”

Tracy Boone

OUR FOUNDER

Tracy Boone

Tracy is an author, and international speaker who empowers people to overcome adversity and by faith, finish well. As a pastor, Tracy helps individuals and families keep their eyes on God and deepen their faith. Tracy is an avid horse lover and a certified Faith-Based Equine Assisted Facilitator where she helps people heal by building a connection with horses and strengthening their relationship with God. But the roles she cherishes most are child of God and mother.

In 2012, Tracy thought she lost her ‘happily ever after’ when her husband died of Cruetzfield-Jacobs disease. Her son, Elijah, was only six years old.

In 2016, it seems that God had another role in mind for Tracy – founder. On the side of a mountain in Colorado, God called Tracy to start a foundation to help others like her and Elijah. With an enthusiastic yes from her son, they founded Elijah’s Path to Healing Foundation.

Tracy has been preparing for the role of founder her entire life. She is an ordained pastor and holds a Doctorate in Christian Counseling and Psychology from Carolina University of Theology. Tracy has certifications in Faith Based Equine Assisted Philosophy and Faith Alliance Against Slavery and Trafficking. Tracy has written two books, “I Can Finish Well” and “Elijah’s Hope, Who Am I?”

For more than two decades Tracy owned and operated three multi-million-dollar fitness facilities in Denver, Colorado. She is a Certified Fitness Trainer, Specialist in Fitness Nutrition and TRX Team Training Camp Certified Coach who has been helping individuals build and maintain healthy lifestyles.

Tracy’s latest role is that of TV producer. As part of the foundation, she and Elijah are co-hosting of The Path to Healing Show sending messages of hope and healing to hurting families all over the world. Broadcast on The Now Network, Preach the World Worldwide Network and The Path to Healing Show Channel on You Tube, the show airs every week.

Looking to the future, Tracy plans to add missionary and community resource to her roles when she and Elijah travel the country bringing the mission of the foundation to local communities. By setting up resources and a community of support, more families will be able to get the help they need to get onto their path to healing.

Tracy lives in Colorado with Elijah, their dog Jazz, and their cat, Kitty. She loves nothing more than to put her boots on and walk down to a barn to spend time with horses.

We get this one chance at life and I don’t want anyone to waste it. The biggest treasure we have is the eyes that are looking back at us, the family and friends that are around us. Each and every life is a miracle and our job is to love each other through this adventure we get to call life. What a life it can be if we keep our eyes on God and follow the path He has for each and every one of us through the good times and the bad.

OUR FOUNDER

Elijah Boone

Elijah, age 14, is an international speaker, an advocate against bullying, and a comfort for children who have lost a parent or someone they love.

He is the co-founder and the face of Elijah’s Path to Healing Foundation as well as the co-host of The Path to Healing Show. The show airs weekly on the Now Network, Preach the Word Worldwide Network and The Path to Healing Show Channel on YouTube.

How does someone this age become a co-founder? Sadly, through tragedy. Elijah was 6 years old when his father, Reid Boone, died from a rare form of brain disease.

When Elijah is asked why you wanted to start this foundation, he says, “I want to be the guy that sits by that kid in school who is alone and teaches others to do the same. Nothing is going to stop me from helping these kids.”

And, he has big plans. He and his mom are going to travel all over the United States setting up resources and a community of support to help kids going through the grief and trauma of losing someone they love. One of the programs offered will include healing with horses where kids will be able to strengthen their relationship with God by interacting with horses.

Elijah loves God, his family, and sharing his heart from stage where he brings his message of hope to those hurting – reminding them that they are not alone.

He is a 9th grade homeschooler and lives in Colorado with his mom. He is a techie and enjoys all things Apple®, John Deere, FORD trucks, 5th Wheels, traveling, horses, and the ranch life.
